Replacement cushions for tQel Dreamer beds

Composed of 4 cushions filled with siliconised hollow fibres

Cushions made of soft polyurethane foam flakes mixed with siliconised hollow polyester fibres

Available sizes (external measurements):

- S: 40 cm x 60 cm and 20 cm high for dogs weighing up to around 7 Kg

- M: 50 cm x 70 cm and 20 cm high for dogs up to around 12 Kg

Colours shown on screen may vary from the product’s actual colour

MATERIALS

- Sides: polyester cover containing hollow, siliconized polyester fibre.

- Filling: polyester fabric cover containing flakes of soft polyurethane foam blended with hollow and siliconized polyester fibre.

CARE

- Sides and cushion: hand or machine wash occasionally using the delicate programme, with cold water. Short spin cycle.

- Allow to dry fully and air during the process to prevent the filling from clumping.

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are usually processed within 24-48 business hours after we receive confirmation of payment. We do not dispatch products on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Products are delivered by courier within the following periods:

- Mainland: 24-48 hours after leaving our premises.

- Balearic Islands: 3-5 business days after leaving our premises.

- Portugal: 5-7 business days after leaving our premises.

On peak dates like Black Friday, Christmas, and during the sales, delivery may take longer. The usual delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

RETURN/EXCHANGE: you have a period of 30 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange the item(s)

The product must not have been used. The product must be returned in the condition in which it was sent, in the original packaging where possible

For returns we will reimburse you using the same means you used to pay for it.
