MATERIALS
- 100% engraved calf leather in green
- Welded steel ring with 150 kg breaking load
- Stainless steel, nickel free buckle with 400 kg breaking load
- Our handcrafted leather dog collars are made in small workshops in Spain with painstaking attention to detail.
CARE
- This calf leather product can be cleaned with a damp cloth or specialised leather cleaning products, taking care with the hardware and then drying. Do not immerse in water or in the washing machine.
- Do not wet. If it gets wet, dry it as quickly as possible with a damp cloth.
- Do not use corrosive products. Do not dry near a heat source, which may damage the leather.

DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are usually processed within 24-48 business hours after we receive confirmation of payment. We do not dispatch products on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Products are delivered by courier within the following periods:
- Mainland: 24-48 hours after leaving our premises.
- Balearic Islands: 3-5 business days after leaving our premises.
- Portugal: 5-7 business days after leaving our premises.
On peak dates like Black Friday, Christmas, and during the sales, delivery may take longer. The usual delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
RETURN/EXCHANGE: you have a period of 30 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange the item(s)
The product must not have been used. The product must be returned in the condition in which it was sent, in the original packaging where possible
For returns we will reimburse you using the same means you used to pay for it.
